I know how scary it can be scary not knowing where to start your dream business or leaving your 9-5. How is conscious business coaching different?

In a business course we explore the technical aspect of building and running a business, with a focus on a wide range of areas from marketing and PR to accounting and insurance, but on top of these standard business tools, a conscious business coaching course also invites you to dive into more holistic subjects such as human design and healing work, that will help you feel truly aligned and connected with your professional aspirations. Shifting my own focus with these elements have really differentiated the way I work and made me feel more confident and empowered in my businesses. 

In my 10 week Conscious Business Coaching Program we cover traditional business subjects such as website building, email marketing, social media and accounting and finance and much more. While the conscious side of the course covers among other things, mindset shifts, chakra healing work, somatic therapy journaling, meditations and affirmations. 

What will the business course teach me? 

The business course will teach you the practical aspects of starting and running your own business, drawing on my own experience of starting and running multiple business and a wealth of knowledge from other incredible coaches. The course will teach you how to build a website, find and expand your audience, how to scale your business and get down to the nitty gritty of tax reporting and insurance policies. In the course you will have access to 10 modules with recorded workshops and in depth workbooks for each subject as well as live coaching sessions with me and access to our private facebook group where we learn from and support each other on the journey. Each group is small and tight knit and I carefully sift through each application for every single round of the course, to make sure that everyone is aligned and a good fit.

On top of this each module has a conscious element, a deep dive into a chakra and how blockages can be stopping you from growing your business. Additionally our coaching sessions do not have to be about the technical elements. My coaching team are available to support you on this journey and we can talk about any blockages coming up, insecurities or emotional elements you want to explore throughout the program.
