No yoga class, or crystal, or sage stick, or holiday, or relationship, or business success will help you heal.
All of that stuff that happens on the outside can be a distraction or a semi permanent band aid.
When you start to dive inside, that’s when you can start to unravel, breakdown and look at what’s not serving you or what has been blocking you from living in flow.
And a lot of people choose not to do the work because it can be messy, uncomfortable, awkward and down right confronting.
I remember dating guy after guy and never finding someone that felt right. Because I was looking for someone else to make me whole. When I started doing the work inside, and becoming more aware, and healing my childhood wounds, those people who were soul-aligned started appearing like magic.
When I flipped my mornings from rushing + hustling, I started to dive inside and fill up my cup. I began checking in with my emotional, mental and physical self first – and looked at fixing myself before I filled myself up with the wrong relationships, or business opportunities.
When I flipped from spending money on drinks, dinner and new clothing to therapy, yoga trainings and coaching, did things start to change. I was up levelling.
I was up-levelling my mind.
I was up-levelling my body.
I was up-levelling my soul.
I was re-programming my childhood conditioning.
I was letting go and healing trauma that was not mine to begin with.
I was calling in a new energy and pathway for my life.
I choose to do life differently from my friends.
I choose to do life differently from my family.
I choose to do life differently from the norm.
I was showing the universe where I was putting my energy, and how I wanted to grow and expand.
So if you’re wondering why you can’t meet someone, or find that thing that makes you feel alive, my healing journey all started with me.
So this next chapter, it all starts with you.
You have the power to change your destiny.
You have the power to light up your path like it’s never been done before.
It’s time to go inwards.
