Here’s the thing. I’m not big on labels, but if it helps paint the picture - I’m a somatic therapist, meditation and yoga guide, and nervous system mentor. I’ve spent more than a decade studying the body, the subconscious, and the emotional patterns we inherit and repeat.
What does that really mean?
I help women reconnect with their bodies, calm their nervous systems, understand their emotional cycles, and break the patterns that keep them stuck. This is slow, steady, grounded work -the kind that creates real change from the inside out.
Life can feel overwhelming. The stress. The mental load. The constant push to keep up. But beneath all of that is a quieter truth, a version of you that feels calm, centred, connected, and confident. That’s the part of you I help you come home to.
My own path has taken me from corporate burnout to somatic healing, from moving too fast to living with more ease and balance. I’ve learnt that when the body feels safe, everything else becomes possible — love, joy, clarity, purpose, and the freedom to write your own story.
Now I walk beside women through their own journeys, whether it’s through nervous system tools, emotional processing, somatic practices, or the small daily rituals that help you feel anchored in yourself again.
