I’ve spent the past decade studying the body, the mind, and the patterns that quietly run our lives.
But honestly… this work started long before the certifications.
I grew up absorbing beliefs and behaviours that didn’t always support the woman I wanted to become.
I repeated the same arguments.
Got stuck in the same emotional loops.
Even broke up with my now-husband because I didn’t understand my own triggers or nervous system.
When I retrained in my 30s - yoga, somatic therapy, nervous system work, subconscious reprogramming - everything shifted.
Life felt lighter. My relationships softened. I felt more grounded, more aware, more me.
And when my mum passed, it became crystal clear:
I don’t want to spend my life running on old programming.
And I don’t want other women to either.
Now I help women make sense of their patterns, feel safer in their bodies, and take small steps towards a life with more ease, balance, and freedom.
