Hi, I’m Phoebe and welcome to my sacred space for self care and healing. The Self Care Space is a place for you to TREAT YOURSELF and reconnect with your body, mind and soul.
I've practiced yoga, meditation and healing rituals for more than 20 years and spent more than 700 hours training in London, Bali and Greece.
My Self Care Library provides the tools for you to nurture your body and give yourself that “ME TIME” you deserve.
From morning yoga flows, to chakra healing meditations, each day you can create your own bespoke self care routine using the videos and resources inside the membership.
Self care improves our immunity, increases positive thinking and make us less susceptible to stress, depression, anxiety and other emotional health issues. Taking time out to care for ourselves helps remind us and others that our needs are important, too.
The self care space feels like a warm hug. Hugging and inviting me to love and feel myself the way I am and giving myself the rest I need to do so.
The Self Care Space has given me the tools that help manage my anxiety and stress. It has so many different options to choose from, suitable for any time of the day, and depending on what I feel like doing or how much time I have.
I love the balance of meditation, breathing and yoga. The retreat section is great especially with the current situation we're in and how you've designed these self care activities to bring a sense of calm and clarity x
