With You All The Way

Grief doesn't follow a plan.

It doesn't arrive on schedule, and it certainly doesn't leave when you're ready for it to.

Maybe you're in the thick of it right now. The fog. The exhaustion.
The waves that catch you off guard in the supermarket.

Maybe it's been a while, and you're wondering why it still feels this heavy.

Or maybe you just know, somewhere deep down, that you haven't fully let yourself feel it yet.

A body-based GRIEF guide to moving through loss, one breath at a timE

START MY JOURNEY

Whatever brought you here, you're in the right place.

This isn't a book that tells you how to grieve.

There's no five-step process. No timeline. No “by now you should be feeling better.”

With You All The Way is a grief companion.

Something to reach for when the words run out, when you need to feel less alone, and when you're ready to let your body begin to process what your mind has been carrying.

It draws on somatic therapy, nervous system science, and years of walking alongside people in their most tender moments. It gently invites you back into your body, because that's where grief lives, and that's where the healing begins.

I Wrote The Book I Couldn't Find.

When my mum Pamela died, I went looking for something to hold me. The grief books on the shelf felt too clinical, too distant, too tidy. And grief isn't tidy. It's messy and wild and soft and heavy, sometimes all in the same afternoon.

I'm a somatic therapist, meditation teacher, and nervous system facilitator. But more than any of that, I'm a daughter who lost her mother, and who had to learn how to keep going while raising my own young daughter, running a business, and being a human in the world.

So I wrote the book I wish I'd had. A companion for the body, not just the mind. A steady hand that doesn't rush you, fix you, or ask you to be anywhere other than where you are.

A NOTE FROM ME

Whatever brought you here, you're in the right place.

xx Phoebe

Where You Live Now

i remember you in fragments,
not all at once,
but in small quiet ways
that find me when i’m not looking,

sometimes it’s the breeze
moving gently through the air,
and for a moment it feels like you,

you have not disappeared,
you have just changed form,

living now
in the spaces between moments,
in the parts of me
that still carry you,

quietly,
always.

I'm a somatic therapist, meditation and yoga teacher, nervous system facilitator, keynote speaker, and business coach, based between the UK and Bali. I've trained with some of the most respected voices in somatic and trauma-informed work, including Dr Scott Lyons and Myra Avedon, alongside teachers in Somatic Experiencing and polyvagal practice. But this book wasn't written from a textbook. It was written from the inside of grief. It holds both the lived experience of losing my mum, and the tools I've gathered over years of walking alongside people in their most tender seasons.

I hope it lands in your hands at exactly the right moment.
